Editorial Corrections Policy

Our commitment to immediate, transparent, and documented accuracy across all published health guides.

1. Commitment to Factual Accuracy

Trenvorixion is dedicated to publishing accurate, evidence-supported health and wellness knowledge. However, because medical consensus evolves and human error is possible, we welcome reader scrutiny and pledge to handle legitimate factual inaccuracies promptly, transparently, and thoroughly.

2. Distinguishing Types of Corrections

We categorize adjustments to our content into two categories:

  • Substantive Factual Corrections: These involve errors of fact, statistics, dietary thresholds, citations, or scientific attributions (for example, misquoting a CDC recommendation or misstating a nutrient measurement). When a substantive correction is made, we update the article and append a clearly visible, dated correction note at the bottom of the article specifying what was adjusted.
  • Minor Editorial Clarifications: These include correcting typos, grammatical errors, broken hyperlinks, or adjusting phrasing to improve readability without altering the factual substance of the article. Minor typographical adjustments are made directly without a formal correction note.

3. How to Submit a Correction Request

Readers, healthcare professionals, and researchers who identify a potential error on Trenvorixion are strongly encouraged to contact us. To help our editorial board investigate quickly, please provide:

  1. The exact URL of the article in question;
  2. The specific sentence, paragraph, or figure believed to be inaccurate;
  3. A brief explanation of why the statement is incorrect;
  4. Citations or links to credible primary sources (e.g., CDC, NIH, peer-reviewed study) supporting the correction.

Submissions may be sent via our Contact Form (selecting "Factual Correction Request" as the subject) or by directly emailing editorial@trenvorixion.com with the subject line "Correction Request: [Article Title]".

4. Investigation & Resolution Process

Upon receiving an inquiry:

  • Our editorial desk acknowledges receipt within 2 business days.
  • The original writer and an independent editor re-examine the cited source material and cross-reference current clinical guidelines.
  • If an error is substantiated, the article is updated immediately, the database last-updated timestamp is refreshed, and a transparent correction notice is appended.
  • The person who submitted the inquiry is notified of the outcome.
